To date, world’s population is increasing, young people occupy main cohort. regard, they are both a positive resource negative one. According to research, propensity terrorist protest activity because state not able meet needs people. particular, policy understood as system measures aimed at supporting developing youth. An analysis showed one contributing decrease in Factors mobilization include bulge (increase number relation total population), growth education with high unemployment, unemployment low levels resources people, poverty, urbanization (youth migration cities, an increase people), social conditions (low motivation/family/career), trust institutions, corruption, etc.
